i like the phrase “assigned gender at birth”. it’s both accurate in that i was given my gender assignment against my will AND it makes it sound like i am a cool spy, given the assignment of gender in a top secret operation i concealed so well for so long.
now i would definitely be fired from my mission (i learned the truth of the mission. it wasn’t what i was led to believe) but NOW i am a rogue spy you see. very exciting
